How long does delivery take once my item has shipped?Updated a year ago

Once your order has left our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is dependent on the shipping method chosen. Orders that are eligible for free shipping or that had Standard Shipping selected at checkout are estimated to arrive within 2-7 business days.

If you selected Expedited Shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air (FedEx International Priority for international orders) with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.

Please note: KM Tools is not responsible for any unpredicted shipping delays with our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx). However, we will do our best to assist you in any way we can.

We give our warehouse team a well-deserved break on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on those days will be fulfilled on the next business day.
