My package arrived damaged or is lost in transitUpdated a year ago

If your package has arrived damaged with the contents of the box missing and/or blemished, please reach out to our Customer Support team with photos depicting the damage to your parcel.

We will open a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier so that we can re-send any products that were damaged during transit.

If you believe that your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our Customer Support team with your order number and the tracking information. We will investigate the issue further and open a claim if the package is indeed lost in transit.
