Split ShipmentsUpdated a year ago

If you have placed an order with multiple items and one of the items is on pre-order, we typically wait until your entire order is in stock before shipping it out to ensure one delivery date.

If you would like us to do a split shipment so that you can receive the items that are currently in stock, please reach out to our Customer Support team to request a partial shipment. 

Please note: We will invoice the cost of shipping for the split shipment due to shipping cost being charged only once for the order.
