Why is my order delayed?Updated a year ago

The majority of KM Tools orders ship right on schedule. Sometimes, we do run into delays especially in regards to supply chain setbacks. If you have not received a note from our Customer Support team addressing a delay with your order, we deeply apologize as this is not how we typically operate.

We try our best to share the most accurate shipping information with you based on the information we receive from our own vendors and logistics partners. We will continue to update you via email until your order ships, but if you have not received an update from us, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team about your order.

You can always cancel an order that has not been processed for a full refund if a delay doesn't work for you.
