I'm tax exempt. Can I place an order without being charged sales tax?Updated a year ago

If you would like to place an order with us and you are tax-exempt, you have a couple of options:

1. Place the order normally and once you have completed checkout, reach out to our Customer Support team at [email protected] with your order number and a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate. We will then refund the tax charge retroactively.
2. Reach out to our Customer Support team at [email protected] with a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate and the list of products you would like to order. We will create a manual invoice for the order that does not include sales tax.
