We want you to love your tools! If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, or we’ve made a mistake, please let us know so we can find an immediate solution.

KM Tools will provide a free return label when the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Templates, Digital Products, Gift Cards, and downloadable plans are non-returnable.

Items purchased from KM Tools can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is in like-new and re-sellable condition with the original packaging. Returns will be subject to the cost of return shipping. To start a return, please log in to your customer account. 

Return Timeline:

• Returns will be approved by KM Tools within 30 days of receipt.
• Once approved, we’ll pass along your pre-paid return shipping label and all the instructions needed to ship back your item.
• Return shipping labels need to be printed by the customer returning the product and affixed to the original box.
• Return labels expire after 30 days. If you need more time, please contact us. 
• Returns are typically inspected and processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
• If the return reason is not accurate or the returned item is not as described, you may be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.
• Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be debited back to the original payment method.
