When will I be charged for my order?Updated a year ago

We collect payment for your order at the time it is placed, even if some line items are noted as on pre-order or back-ordered.

By collecting payment at the time of purchase, we're able to reserve back-ordered products for you in our next product shipment, and ship them as soon as they become available. 

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been processed and fulfilled, we will initiate a full refund to the original payment method.
